- When in this country are people going to accept their responsibility for their own actions? Sue the owner but why the state. Oh thats right, the owner has no money so they will go to the state which of course will settle out of court.

- This is one more narrow minded law that was not thought through completely before enacted. As like many of these laws, these are ususally meant to punish and prevent cat breeders and hoarders.

- Listen, guys don't say to their friends"hey look at those eyelashes. Most guys say " look at those boobs" your better off getting a boob job and doing monthly payments. Prob the same per month as putting those drops in your eyes.

- I think your ignorant. See I know that they use KCL to stop the heart, a muscle blocking agent (pancuronium bromide) and pentobarb to induce anesthesia. I also know that people kill themselves all the time using veterinary euthanasia drugs.

- Um, when I euthanize animals, I use a single drug and inject it into the animals vein. They go peacefully and very quickly. We don't need three drug cocktails to put inmates to sleep.
