- The so called "witholding tax" is supposed to be paid by a surcharge on new home and refinancing loans by Fannie and Freddie. Well guess how gets the majority of these loans? The middle class. Rich people don't get loans through these guys. So its essentially another back door tax.

- Big deal!!! The SEC has no powers to put people in jail. That is the responsibility of the DOJ. These people will get a small fine( will look big to the average person) and not do any jail time.
